Footprint mazes

This week we did something a little different with the sidewalk chalk
- we started by tracing a child's footprint. Then another and
another...
until we had a complete labyrinth for the children to explore! Each
child helped to make a pathway of their feet in various colours, and
then tried out each other's pathways to see where they would lead.
This was done on Elizabeth's driveway, as it is such a nice big one
to use, and she parked her van on the street blocking the driveway as
a reminder to the children how far they are allowed to go. They all
had such good listening ears on! Later, we blew some bubbles, and
took turns pulling each other around in the wagon before going back
to Jennie's place for lunch.
