Time to get ready...

We went to Walmart this morning to pick out some Christmas craft supplies. The kids got to take turns selecting various items for us to decorate over the next few weeks. We like to make our own tree decorations whenever we can.

After school today, we got out some lights to decorate out little Blue Spruce tree out front. We also got out our Santa Clause with a few reindeer. This was my mother's for our house when I was little. The children got quite a kick out of it!

After that, we went inside to work some more on our craft that we'd started this morning before our trip.
