Hi everyone,
Many of the local caregivers, myself included, have just received an information package in regards to influenza H1N1 and the new guidelines for dealing with it.
Keeping in mind, these are recommendations, not being forced upon us but requested for us all to be using the same strategy when dealing with the flu.
It is being requested that when we or our children are ill, to go to the below link every day to do this self-assessment. It will be a useful tool when determining wether or not to bring your child to their child care centre. Please take a moment to click on the link, and add it to your bookmarks for regular referencing. I will be posting shortly more specific details of this year's recommended illness policies for child care centres.
